Personal
Joe has been a life long resident of Northeast Oklahoma and a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Broker since 1976. For 35 years his primary business was cattle, owning Neill Cattle Co., a 14,000 custom cattle feedlot at Welch, OK and the Bar N Ranch, a large stocker steer operation. Joe also owned a trucking company and a retail cattle supply store. He also has been a major partner in two community banks. For years he also operated Joe Neill Real Estate as a side venture selling homes and farm/ranch property in the Welch, OK area. In all his business ventures, customer service has always been number one since 1967.

In 2003, Joe and his wife Dee Ann decided to change their life style by moving full time to Grand Lake, Monkey Island after owning a weekend home on the island. He has closed all other business interests to enjoy our lake life and work with people such as yourself in fulfilling your real estate dreams. Joe loves to meet and work with people and do deals. Joe's years of experience in customer service satifaction, real estate buying and selling and his art of the deal style will work to your benefit. Joe brings experience, varied business ownership backgrounds, and a long established customer service record to the team.

Aaron Hughes grew up on a large farm and cattle opertation in Northwest Oklahoma. At an early age, Aaron was taught to be the "family trader" and was soon buying equipment for the farm or selling livestock raised on the family farm. Aaron continued his education at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK and graduated in 2005.

Aaron's career dream has long been to be in real estate both in sales and development. He already has gotton active in home building in Grove with new floorplans for today's active family. He has been involved with several development planning projects also. Aaron is established in Grove with home ownership and his hometown girlfriend, Jena. Aaron brings youth, energy, today's ideas, and a keen eye for real estate values to the Hughes and Neill Grand Lake Team.
